This year the same volume of investment gain is expected. For example, the MGPA company organized a global fund for investment in the Asian real estate, whose capitalization is 3,9 milliard dollars. The fund has already invested 2,2 milliard dollars in the real estate of Singapore, Japan, China and Thailand. The investment in the real estate of South Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan and Australia are planned. The share of the investors from North America is 40%, reports portal Рroperty-report.com.
