In Thai capital Bangkok, the 42-floored skyscraper Exchange Tower was officially opened.  

The final stage of construction was finished: with the help of bridge, the skyscraper is connected with the stations of the surface and underground transport of the Thai capital – Asok (the station of the surface transport) and Cukumvit (metro).
 
The bridge construction started in October 2007 and continued for eight months. “Now the trip from the skyscraper to stations of public transport, which earlier took much time now, takes a couple of minutes”, reports the property-report portal.

Exchange Tower, located on the crossroad of Cukumvit and Ratchadpicek streets is a commercial skyscraper of «А» class. Offices occupy 36 thousand square meters, shops 6 thousand square meters. Now 90% of the offices are rented. Among the lenders, there are such firms as True Fitness, Fujitsu, Aeon, Bristol Myers Squibb. Rent of one square meter there costs 24 - 25,5 dollars USA.
