The new residential compound, which was named Baan Thai Layan, will be located on territory of 80 thousand square kilometers. Even now, the local and foreign investors are offered to purchase the objects pats of the future project. First eight construction stages estimated of 60 million dollars will be built on the territory of 40 thousand square kilometers.

Not far from the Baan Thai Layan, which is under construction there are more than 20 residential properties, among them there are so famous brands like Shangri-La, Banyan Tree and Laguna of Phuket, reports portal property-report.
